EPS have faint penciling and age toning. Pages clean and unmarked with book in place in pocket on last page. Last page has miniature 2.25" x 1.75" story book with blanks to fill in for the child.

Dust Jacket has wear, chipping along top and bottom edge, a little age discoloration on inner top edge, a few indentations on front from pen or pencil pressure, and a small piece missing on bottom edge.
