TELEGRAFO. Periódico Oficial del Gobierno de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Tomo VII. Lunes 9 de Febrero de 1835. Num. 40. Complete copy, text in three columns.Curious article about addressed to the state commander general, and a new request from their general asking for peace, in Loma Blanca, Chihuahua: "...the main little captain appeared of the Apaches Juan José Compá" before the section of operations against the barbarian Indians all the Apaches full of jubilation approached us, expressing to us the pleasure they had of celebrating peace. Immediately the aforementioned Juan José appeared, whom he gathered with eight captains and more than sixty slackers, told us that he had come to our call to obey us, trusting he and all the others in our good faith and in the certainty of having already requested the pace... That if it is true they have caused harm, they have also resented us; but that in the day they are repentant and ask to be forgiven".
