The first printing was done in 1910, and this one is from 1925. This is the second volume of the My Bookhouse series, and the book is in quite good condition for its age. The binding is tight, pages are intact, and the color is good throughout. Old owner name on the front end paper is the only significant marking in the book, and it is a nice piece for collectors of children's literature of the early twentieth century. As a bonus, when we got this book, a copy of volume one (My Bookhouse in the Nursery) was also present. That book is in bad shape, with loose binding, and pages through 64 missing, though pages 65 to 448 are present.
