An account of the last mission of a B17G bomber named Ten Horsepower, part of the 351st Bomb Group of the 8th U. S. Army Air Force. The bomber had to return to England after the pilot was knocked unconscious and the copilot was killed. Owner's name on half-title page, otherwise clean and unworn.

Oral histories of those who served in the Vietnam war and activists in Madison, Wisconsin who protested against the war. Karl Armstrong, Michael Cullen, Harold Dabler, Mark Piette, Marshall Shapiro, and Paul Soglin reflect back on the demonstrations in Madison and the Sterling Hall bombing. Also, Melvin Laird writes about his tenure as Nixon's Secretary of Defense 1969-1973. This oral history project was directed by students of the D. C. Everest Area Schools in Weston, Wisconsin.

The hearings were held in Madison, Wisconsin, where local citizens expressed individual and organization opinions about Vietnam policy. Front cover with light brown tone along fore edge. One-page introduction followed by 26 pages of b/w photos. A photo survey of 46 churches built during the 19th century or the first quarter of the 20th century. Almost all of the churches are of Gothic architecture, with a few showing the influence of Greek Revival, and one classified as Romanesque. Covers show a corner bump, otherwise clean and unworn.
