The dust jacket has edge wear and is chipped at the top of the spine. It has a one-quarter binding with light gray cloth on the spine and patterned blue buckram on the boards. The titles are the same gray in a blue box on the spine. There are several articles on the Antarctic laid in including a Readers Digest version of Endurance the book on Shakleton.

This book is clean, tight, square with good corners and unmarked. it is lightly rubbed at the edges, noticeable at the ends of the spine and tips of the corners where it is through in places. There are two small pull tears at the top of the back strip. The beveled boards are covered in bright green cloth the front outlined in gold. there are gold titles on the spine and front. The frontispiece is a photo of the author tipped in. It has 345 pages and brown end papers.

New York: Farrar, Straus and Cudahy, 1956. First Edition First Printing . Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. This stated first printing is basically clean, tight, square with very good corners (light bump bottom rear) and unmarked in a very good dust jacket in Brodart. It is rubbed at the ends of the spine. The dust jacket is clipped and rubbed at the edges. It has 346, bright clear pages in a one-quarter binding with yellow paper and black titles on the spine. The boards are covered in blue paper with gold & black titles on the front.

London: H. G. Bohn, 1860. Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. This book is a little loose at the front due to a split at the half title page where you can see mesh, bur it's not bad. The rear hinge is starting, but still tight and solid. The text block is tight, bright and clear. It is lightly bumped/rubbed, particularly at the ends of the back strip. The boards are elaborately blind stamped and covered in blue cloth, but where it has aged (sunned) at the spine cover and edges of the boards it has become a rich brown color. There are gold titles on the spine. It is illustrated with black & white line drawings. It has 264 pages plus index and 32 pages of ads at the rear. The end papers are ads for Bohn's standard library.

Garden City, New York: Doubleday, Doran & Company, 1930. Hardcover. Very Good+/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. This book is clean, tight, square with sharp corners and unmarked. It is lightly rubbed and has a very short pull tear at the top of the spine. It has 313, bright, clear pages. The boards are covered in orange cloth with stunning color paste downs on the boards, the rear of a beautiful young woman among orange day lilies and the front a comical Kai Lung under white titles, There are also white titles on a green paste down on the spine. It is undated, but the 1920's is generally accepted and WoldCat has 1927-1930.

New York: Walt Disney Studio, 1940. 1st Edition 1st Printing. Soft cover. Very Good/No Jacket. Folio - over 12 - 15" tall. This lovely folio program is internally bright and clean although there is some light soil at the page edges. It is illustrated with black and whit photos and many Disney drawing, there are also four color plates from the Deem's book. It has some light edge wear, but its biggest problem is the light soil pn the front wrap particularly around the edges. There is also some light foxing on the front wrap.

It has a one-quarter binding with gray cloth on the spine with ordinary gray cardboard boards with red titles on the front. The author has inscribed a front end paper: "Mrs Clara May Senton from her affectionate uncle John H Senter. A merry Christmas for 1904." in a marvelous flowing hand. It has 60 pages.

It contains songs for all the events during the liturgical year and sections on prayer, praise, patriotic occasions and general.

There is a small name on the front free end paper; otherwise it is unmarked throughout (although there is a small Hammond store paste down on the title page). It is lightly rubbed surface and edges. The boards are covered with reddish cloth with gold titles on the spine and front. It is extensively illustrated with maps including a set of 24 color maps at the rear. It has 1293 pages plus maps.

Detroit: Jerome H. Remick, 1904. First Thus . Soft cover. Very Good/No Jacket. Folio - over 12 - 15" tall. This piece of vintage sheet music is rubbed at the edges with a very short closed tear at the spine and has a small name in the upper front corner. The yellow wraps have brown and white titles. There are a few bars of "The WHip" by Abe Holtzmann on the rear.
