Both the limited edition and the first trade edition have the Cornwall Press printer's credit on the copyright page, and have the same design for the book's exterior. This first trade edition only lacks the signed limitation page that would be included in the limited edition. Later versions of the book have exteriors with the book's title printed on the front board. Some later versions have an H.
