1980. Hardcover. Very Good/good. Helen G. Huttenhauer, ed. by Betsy Lindau, Young Southern Pines, copyright 1980 by the author. Rust or dark orange cloth with black lettering on spine, 8vo, 162 pp, bw photos and illustrations throughout; illustrated DJ has interior panoramic photos from 1900 with buildings labeled. Includes two newspaper clippings (one about historic homes and the other a map), a program for the 1987 centennial, and leaflet about four historic houses with attached 1992 letter. VG/G: light bumping, po name in ink on ffep, underlining in sections (heavy in the Shaws chapter), pages bright, crisp; DJ bumped, 1-inch tear on back and tears on spine with tape inside-no content loss, lightly faded, unclipped.
