A wonderful look into the history of agriculture, with good information that still applies to farming. Blue cloth binding with Department of Agriculture seal imprinted on front cover, silver lettering on spine. Some spotting and edge fading of cover, light edge wear, corners and spine ends bumped, stains on front cover, spine a little sunned, interior pages very lightly tanned with some foxing in first few pages, one set of plates detached and laid in, otherwise binding seems tight.

Excellent articles about agriculture in the early 20th century. Blue cloth binding with blindstamped emblem on front cover, silver titles on spine, green marbled end papers. Some wear to cover with spotting, soiling at spine with fading, titles a little rubbed, corners and spine ends bumped, hinges weak and showing webbing, interior pages clean and lightly tanned and binding otherwise tight.

A fast paced and moving historical novel about the life of William Shakespeare and his younger brother, Edmund, written by an Elizabethan scholar. A little fading along top edge, spotting of back cover, titles bright, minor edge wear, light bumping of corners and spine ends, interior pages bright, a little glue staining on end papers, a little staining and wrinkling of last few pages, binding tight. Illustrated dust jacket with red titles on front cover ans spine is a bit curved at top edge, small chip in bottom edge with minor wear along edges, small chip in jacket at top of spine, crease in edge of interior fold, price clipped. Typo at name of author with a comma between the initials. Cover detached at bottom staple and pulled at top staple, some edge wear, small chips at corners, some spotting and stain on leading edge, inner covers and facing pages are tanned, order card present at front, interior pages bright. Trade paperback, measures 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches.

Multiple copies of the magazine "The Youth's Companion" dating from 1914 through 1918. bound in a large wrapper with two studded clips holding issues. A few of the magazines have their color covers but most do not. There is a label on the front inner board that states that these copies contain the popular serial story "Crystal Hunters" by Frank Little Pollock. Lots of black and white illustrations and some color advertisements. Gilt titles on front cover. Some spotting of outer wrapper with some edge wear and small holes in back along spine edge, cracks and wrinkles in paper label about Pollock serial, interior pages bright and mostly clean with a little tanning along edges, small corner tear in one page at bottom, a few corner creases, binding tight.
