This is Volume 1 of this work published in a private and tiny edition. Volume 2 was never to appear. Rebound in brown buckram with original stamped cloth title to spine and original stamped cloth title to front board all laid on. A very nice copy. 6 plates + 374pp + 2pp advertisements.
