The superintendent, Dr. John P. Gray, discusses the year's admissions and discharges, and presents many tables on the patients' backgrounds, crops produced at the asylum's farm and garden, and other topics. Publisher's blue wrappers printed in black; minor edgewear, rear wrapper creased back. Very occasional small, dark spots, two instances of a phrase or passage being corrected by pasting a slip (with the edited text) on top of the incorrect passage, some offsetting from these pasted slips onto opposite leaf.
