Set in New York, shot on location in Charlotte and Winston-Salem, North Carolina; New York; and San Antonio, Texas.

Black untitled wrappers. Title page present, dated September 1, 1995, with credits for screenwriters Eric Champnella, Keith Mitchell, and Dan Petrie, Jr. 147 leaves, with last page of text numbered 108. Xerographic duplication on green stock, rectos only, with rainbow revision pages throughout, dated variously between August 7, 1995 and September 28, 1995. Pages Very Good plus, wrapper Near Fine, bound with three silver brads.
