Distributor (Canada) rubber-stamps on the versos. Nominated for two Academy Awards (1937), and based on Robert Hitchens' novel, about Domini (Marlene Dietrich), an heiress who visits the North African desert for spiritual renewal. There she meets Boris (Charles Boyer), who has recently escaped from a Trappist monastery. Their friendship ripens into love, but he conceals his past from her. A story set in North Africa, shot on location in California and Arizona. 8 x 10 inches. Near Fine.
