One of the key twentieth century films about Hollywood, and a prescient one in terms of transgender interests, which at the time received almost no attention from major studios. Myra Breckinridge undergoes gender confirmation surgery and, upon completion, promptly moves to Hollywood to enroll in her uncle Buck's acting academy, where she attempts to claim her half of her uncle's inheritance.

Self wrappers. Title page integral with the first page of the text. 147 leaves, with last page of text numbered 146. Mimeograph on eye-rest green stock. Pages Near Fine, save for the first and last few leaves, which have been worn to around Very Good condition, bound with a gold brad.
