Based on Topor's 1979 play of the same name, a call girl kills her client in self-defense. Her parents want to avoid a scandal by having her declared mentally incompetent., against her wishes. Robert Webber's final film before his death in 2009. It was also Leslie Nielsen's final dramatic role.

Set in New York City, and filmed on location there.
