Los Angeles: Fox Searchlight Pictures, 2003. Draft script from 2004 for the 2008 film, "The Onion Movie," seen here under its working title, "Untitled Onion Sketch Movie." Copy belonging to uncredited visual effects artist/producer Marilyn Nave, with her name printed on each page., and brief highlighting throughout, although her association with this film goes no further than this script. Nave's notable film credits include "Toys" (1992), "Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Movie" (1996), "Lake Placid" (1999), and "The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen" (2003).

Originally filmed in late 2003, shelved for five years, and finally released (straight to DVD) in 2008.

Sketch comedy film based on the news satire newspaper founded in 1988 by Tim Keck and Christopher Johnson at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Several cameos highlight the film, notably Joel McHale, Rodney Dangerfield, Paul Scheer, Meredith Baxter, and Erik Stolhanske.

Shot on location in Santa Clarita and Los Angeles, California.

White titled wrappers. Title page present, dated April 16, 2003, noted as Numbered Version, with credits for screenwriters Hanson and Siegel. 111 leaves, xerographically duplicated, with the last leaf of text numbered 110. Pages and wrapper Near Fine, perfect-bound vellum spine.
