London: General Film Distributors [GFD] / Eagle-Lion Distributors, 1950. Original British pressbook for the 1950 British film.
Terence Young's fifth film as director, over a decade before directing the first James Bond film, "Dr. No" (1962). The Guards Armoured Division in WWII, with different campaigns (and propaganda) depicted throughout.
Cameos include Christopher Lee as a tank commander, and Desmond Llewelyn as a tank gunner.
11.5 x 14 inches. 8 pages, saddle-stapled, black-and-white throughout, with color wrapper. Very Good, with a vertical fold, faint annotations in manuscript ink, and a few short tears. Scarce.
