Can I change my upload format?

If you plan to change the format of your upload files, please request a new upload filter from the Upload Settings page.We have recently updated the BiblioDirect bookseller menu tools and interface.  If you are using the old menu, you will find the "Upload settings" link inside the box labeled "Add or Edit Inventory".  If you are using the new menu, click on "Inventory" at the top of the page.  You will find a link in the drop-down menu called "Upload settings".

On that page you can setup an FTP account if one has not already been set up for you, change your FTP account username and/or password, and request your upload filter to be adjusted based on the format of your next upload.

If you know that your upload format is going to change, use the "Upload Settings" tool to "Request a new upload filter" before sending your first upload in the new format, or drop us an email in advance of your first upload in the new format at and we will adjust your upload filter to work with the new upload format.
