Octavo (20.25cm); glossy pictorial wrappers; [x],54,[6]pp. Inscribed by the author in March, 1985 on the preliminary blank. Pencil underlining throughout the text, else sharp; Very Good+. Poems written by Walcott during a summer in Trinidad, centered around the relationship of poetry to painting, midsummer in the tropics, and the pull of the sea.
