ASHEVILLE, NC - April 7th, 2006 -, one of the world's largest marketplaces for used, rare, and out-of-print books, and Biblion Ltd., the foremost British based dealer marketplace announced today their mutual decision to work together to redevelop the current Biblion Ltd. online strategy.

The two companies are finalizing an agreement to strengthen online services currently provided on and Biblion Ltd. began offering its online retail services in 2000 and has provided more than 500 independent book dealers from the UK the opportunity to list more than 3 million books on the website. By providing a comprehensive new business and technical strategy for the Biblion service, will be extending its capabilities and future flexibility.

The website was conceived as an extension of the shop of the same name in London's Mayfair. Initially the website was conceived for the use of UK dealers only, but so many requests were made by overseas dealers, that the decision to 'go international' was made. With over 500 dealers and 3 million books at the last count, the site has long been a stalwart of the online rare bookdealing community and is pressing forward with new developments to help it offer the same great service to more book hunters and sellers in the 21st century.
