There is a faint and minor damp spot to the very bottom edge of the white margins of approx. 30pgs in the back of the book, former owner's signature on the verso of the front cover, and a very minute corner crease to the bottom of the back cover, otherwise a very good copy. LAID IN IS A FULL FIGURE PORTRAIT OF KIRK ALYN IN HIS SUPERMAN COSTUME THAT HAS BEEN INSCRIBED AND SIGNED BY HIM AT A LATER DATE. Fine.

Illustrated with nearly 400 full page gravure photos and twelve color plates with sections on the different districts the toys come from. Fine/fine.

Also laid in is the original British program for "The Homecoming" that was first done in 1965 by the Royal Shakespeare Company + a playbill from the most recent Broadway revial. Also laid in the book is a promo postcard for two revivals of his plays The Birthday Party and The Homecoming. And is also a 4pg. foldover brochure for the film version of The Homecoming. Also laid in is a nice large foldout announcement for the recent revival of "Betrayal" that starred Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz.

There is a small bookplate on endsheet, and there is overall light wear including 2 tiny margin tears, not affecting the artwork, and wear to the edges of the boards. The color illustrations are nice & clean, and considering that this once belonged to a child, a very nice copy.

Career study of a fine but not so well known photojournalist of the 1930's & 40's. that was pub. in conj. with an exhibition of his work that was held at the center. Illustrated with a large collection of his photos and portraits of many celebrities of the time. Also includes an autobio. memoir by the photographer. Probably the scarcest title in this series and especially nice for being signed. Very light soft corner crease to the back cover and an even small fainter crease to the front cover. Near fine.

An original final script manuscript dated August 31, 1979 for the light comedy drama about a down and out cowboy who struggles to keep his wild west show going in spite of many problems. Eastwood starred and directed the film that also starred his then love Sandra Locke. Tiny chew bite to the edges of the bright yellow front cover along with some very tiny tears to the edges of the covers + tiny chew bites to the bottom corner tips of a few pages. Signed scripts by Eastwood are quite scarce. Vg.

A rare original 24pg. souvenir program from the Off-Broadway musical hit of the late sixties "You're A Good Man Charlie Brown" that was based on Charles M. Schulz's Peanuts comic strips. LAID IN THE PROGRAM IS A HERALD PRINTED IN ORANGE AND BLACK THAT HAS BEEN SIGNED BY CHARLES M. SCHULZ. Includes an intro. by Schulz, along with many drawings of the peanuts gang along with photos from the show. Two small rubbed spots on the front cover of the program, and faint creasing to the corners of the herald. Vg.

Set in the suburbs of Seattle during the mid-1970s, the comics follow a group of mostly middle class teenagers who, over the summer, contract a mysterious sexually transmitted disease known as "the Bug" or "the teen plague", which causes them to develop bizarre unique physical mutations, turning them into social outcasts. It was published as a 12-issue comic book limited series between 1995 and 2004. The first four issues were released by Kitchen Sink Press; after Kitchen Sink went out of business, Fantagraphics republished the first four issues and the remaining eight. A compiled hardcover volume was released by Pantheon Books in 2005.
