Red ink on tracing paper, paper fragile, tears, small parts missing, pencil notes and calculations. Witold Minkiewicz (1880-1961), a Polish architect, professor of the Lwów Polytechnics and Gdańsk University of Technology. His mature style was moderate constructivism. The project was prepared somewhere 1930th when the area around newly built National Museum (opened in 1938) was modernized. The actual building on the plot was finished in 1952 according to a different project.
