Published by Raphael Tuck & Sons Ltd., 1920 (Circa.). Paperback. Good. Illustrated by Wain, Louis. Almost very good condition. Father Tuck's "Wonderland" Series. Pictorial cardwraps. 4 full page colour illustrations plus two tone illustrations of Wain's anthropomorphic cats. Accompanied by rhyme. Oblong format. Backstrip missing. Base of spine to first stitch is split and therefore contents a little fragile. Vertical crease in centre of book. Small patch of surface paper loss to front spine edge corner. Light browning to contents else lovely and bright. A nice copy of an exceptionally rare Louis Wain title.

A complete Film of Donald's adventures. Flip books are all contained in 1 card-cover, with story to two pages on inside, with flip books beneath. Spine is a little faded. Some wear to edges. A few light marks to covers. Lower cover edges creased. Small inscription in pencil to top of front cover. Tears to a couple of pages of flick books. Where first five books have been bound, underneath has now started to come unglued. Some browning to pages. Couple of creases to internal story pages. A rare item, especially with 10 flick books, which actually tell 20 parts of the story (are double-sided). A great Disney item!

Namme and date in ink to front endpaper. Contents fine.

Large format (32 x 26cm). White vellum binding with gilt titles and vignettes. 30 lovely tipped-in colour plates mounted on cream card with green decorative borders and captioned paper guards. Top edge gilt, others untrimmed. SIGNED by the artist, this is copy no. 304. Spine and corners are slightly bumped and slightly grubby. Ties missing. Name plate to front pastedown. There is slight bookworm or silverfish damage to the front endpaper and some slight foxing to contents but generally a very nice copy.

Gilt title to spine and gilt elephant head vignette to front cover. 413 pages, top edge gilt. B/w photo plates. 8 x 5.25 inches. Spine and corners bumped. A couple of very small marks to front cover. Name to half-title, foxing throughout else contents clean. With extremely scarce dustwrapper with six shillings printed to bottom of spine and 14 titles listed as "uniform editions" on rear panel. Dustwrapper is a bit grubby and worn at spine and corners, there is a large closed tear across the front panel. A nice copy with a decent wrapper.

SIGNED by the author on an autograph slip which has been stuck to the front free-endpaper and dedicated to Ria. Spine and corners slightly bumped and rubbed. Autograph slip is foxed but contents are fine. Dustwrapper is edge creased and torn with some slight loss and tape repairs on verso.

Hardback. Good. Almost very good condition with no wrapper. NO text. Not a book, but rather a 'box' that pulls up and out to show concertina style peep through 'view' of Tunnel under the Thames. 5 'pieces'. A tunnel book. 'Box' has become a bit crushed - one side is broken, but still attached on one side. Creasing to fold-out pieces and foxing and browning, but still pieces are remarkable bright. Box is worn and grubby.

The three engines all lived in the same shed and worked on the same railway... Small oblong format. Cream boards with green title and border to front cover. 62 pages. Colour illustrations. The first printing WITHOUT the advert at the rear of the volume for Thomas the Tank Engine which was published in 1946 and the use of the term fat director which is present on pages 40, 42, 52, 54, 56 and 60. In the 1947 edition and after he was renamed famously The Fat Controller. Covers slightly edge worn, some light foxing to covers. Small split to base of spine. Inscription in ink to front free-endpaper. Stitching slightly pulled causing contents to be a little loose. Some small, light fingermarks to contents. A nice copy of the first issue of the first edition (first issue points present: dung beetle is shown to be pushing dung with front legs on pgs 65, 337 & 457 and horse is being dragged up a vertical cliff on pg 316).

Both pastedowns have faded (fading caused by glue in binding process?). Light foxing to endpapers and textblock. Small name and address in ink to verso of front free-endpaper. Dustwrapper is just a little edge worn and faded to spine, slight chipping with minimal loss. A super copy of a very scarce first edition.

Blue cloth covers, gilt title to spine and vignettes to spine and front cover. B/w illustrations throughout. 390 pages plus 16 page booklist to rear. All edges gilt. Catalogue to rear of book is dated August 1889. Spine is bumped with wear and faded. Corners are bumped. Front hinge next to frontis page is cracked, with browning glue marks showing. Frontis is edge-creased with a few nicks and some foxing. Tissue guard to frontis is heavily foxed. A couple of hinges are pulled. Foxing to varying degrees to pages throughout book.

Spine and corners bumped and worn, fraying to cloth at top and tail of spine and a small section of the front edge starting to split (but hasn't yet).
