1738 BIBLE Book of Common Prayer Illustrated Baskett + Psalms of David Anglican
In 1712, John Baskett began printing the Book of Common Prayer, shortly after the success of the 1710 New Testament. Baskett was the printer to the king during the first half of the 18th-century. 1796 PURITAN John Flavel Token for Mourners AMERICAN Bible Devotional on Death

John Flavel was a 17th-century Presbyterian and Puritan author. He has written numerous important books, many of which include his full sermons. Flavel was a proponent of Monergism (the concept of salvation without the individual's own belief), which appeared throughout Flavel's works. One such work was 'Token for Mourners'. In this book, Flavel offers direction on spiritual and emotional healing following death based on how Mary, the mother of Jesus, dealt with the loss of her son.
This particular edition is noteworthy for being an early American edition. Newbury, Vermont was not considered a major hub of American printing; as such, this work is considered to be quite rare and valuable.

1578 Letters of Saint Jerome Bible Catholic Church Epistles Plantin Press FOLIO

Saint Jerome was a 4th-century, early church father. While he was most known for his translation of the Bible, he also wrote a collection of letters which are now known his 'Epistles.' These letters were written on a variety of topics, but most of them were written as warnings against sin and detestable devices such as sexual immorality within the clergy, clothing advised for virgins, gluttony and fasting, and laboring over Biblical texts. These letters were written to and from important men and women of the church such as Augustine, Theophilus, Heliodorus, and the Popes.
This 16th-century edition was collected and edited by Mariano Vittori and published by the famed Plantin Press. This particular 1578 tome contains the Epistles as well as Jerome's commentary on numerous books of the Bible.

is a collection of early church prayers and devotions along with teachings designed for priests and monks. It also includes the treatises and meditations of Saint Bernard and Saint Anselm of Canterbury which helped define Saint Augustine's stance on original sin.

The Cambridge Holy Bible, printed completely in Greek, was "sometimes known as the 'Preaching Bible'." (Herbert 697). John Field printed Greek Bibles are extremely rare and popular amongst Greek scholars and still used by 21st-century preachers.

This John Field Bible is 'Variation A' of his Greek Bible. According to D&M,
