Letters K-W copyright page indicating Oct. 1922 publication for this printing. Uncommon in any printing SIGNED AND INSCRIBED BY AUTHOR.. SIGNED AND INSCRIBED BY AUTHOR. Later Printing. Cloth. Very Good/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
