Of interest are short penciled notes (some in red) of the original owner, long time resident Una Kestler Stemple. She adds her personal knowledge to 3 locations and occasional contributor. Recipes are reproductions of signed, handwritten originals. Advertisements of local business, many with hand drawn lettering and illustration. Condition: one of the wire end is short thus the bottom punch hole to be broken through to page 11; the cover has surface soil and some spotting. The contents are clean except for the penciled notes name penned on the ffep. The quaint full page section illustrations are attributed to "DT."
