New York: Rinehart and Company, 1948. First edition. Hardcover. Mailer's classic first novel which remains one of best war novels. A very near fine copy with some very minor wear to the bottom edge of the paper covered boards in an about near fine price clipped dust jacket that has some very minor wear and a small stain at the base of the spine that is only visible from the verso.

np: Pentagram Press. First edition. Single sheet measuring 11" x 15" with an illustration by Kathy Mevis. One of 92 copies of which 13 are on a blue paper. A fine copy. Signed by the artist Mevis. Uncommon.

Fort Collins, CO: Colorado State University, 1981. First edition. Softcover. Exhibition catalog for a show that ran March 3 through April 3, 1981 at Colorado State University and then traveled to ten other locations for additional dates. Foreword by Peter A. Jacobs. Essay by Ron G. Williams. Includes some color and black and white illustrations with two illustrated translucent sheets. A very good plus copy in stapled wrappers with some very minor wear and a tiny sticker shadow to the verso of the front cover. An attractive and uncommon catalog.

Boston: Houghton Mifflin, 1997. First edition. Softcover. Uncorrected proof. Pulitzer Prize winning novel from the author of "Goodbye Columbus." A tight very near fine copy in creme colored printed wrappers that are very lightly soiled. The trade edition had a first printing of 100,000 copies and the proof would have been done in a tiny fraction of that.

Minneapolis, MN: Bookslinger at The Toothpaste Press, 1979. First edition. Broadside printed in two colors that measures 9.875" x 12.75." Copy 105 out of 125 numbered copies. A fine copy. Signed by Whalen.

San Francisco, CA: Poems in Folio, 1957. First edition. Broadside printed in two color that measures 12" x 18." One of 150 copies on mould made Arches paper, though this is an out of series copy. A poem by Roethke with a woodcut initial by Mallette Dean. A clean near fine copy. Signed by Roethke. Information sheet also included and in clean near fine condition. A very nice copy.

New York: Doubletake & W. W. Norton, 1997. First edition. Hardcover. Limited edition of only 200 numbered copies. Essay by James Oles. A collection of black and white images all taken in Mexico. While a lesser known body of work than her street scenes in New York they are equally beautiful. A very fine copy in a fine dust jacket and slipcase. Signed and numbered by Levitt on the limitation page.

Dublin: Peter Fallon / The Gallery Press, 1980. First edition. Softcover. One of only 100 copies set by hand by Susan and jarlath hayes in Delphin type and printed letterpres by Leinster Leader. Features a poem by Muldoon and five tipped in black and white illustrations after linocuts by Tim Engelland. A fine copy in string tied wrappers. Signed by Muldoon on the colophon page. A nicely printed chapbook.

New York: Aperture, 2000. First edition and first printing. Hardcover. 108 pages. A powerful collection of black and white images all taken in a group of brothels that were along the Texas and Mexico border. The images were taken by anonymous photographers and feature women with their clients along with some more intimate portraits as well. Features essays by Keith Carter, Dave Hickey, Cristina Pacheco and with an afterword by Bill Wittliff. A near fine copy with some light bumping to the bottom corners in a near fine dust jacket with the same slight bumping to the bottom corners. Seemingly fairly uncommon.

Tucson, AZ: Nazraeli Press, 2002. First edition. Small hardcover. The 12th entry in the One Picture Book Series. Number 205 of only 500 copies. Features 3 poems by Carolyn Dunn. Includes 4 duotone images and a tipped in original gelatin silver photograph. A fine copy in publisher's original ziplock bag. Signed by Adams on the colophon page. One of the better books in this terrific series that is for some reason fairly uncommon.

Iowa City, IA: The Stone Wall Press, 1963. First edition. Hardcover. Levine's important first book preceded only by a small chapbook. Copy 72 of only 220 numbered copies. A very good plus copy in boards with a vertical scratch to the front board. No dust jacket as issued. A clean and tight copy of this debut collection of poems. Levine would go on, in his long career, to win the National Book Award twice, the Pulitzer Prize, and be the United States Poet Laureate as well.

New York: Liveright Publishing Corporation, 2014. First edition and first printing. Hardcover. 148 pages. One of only 150 numbered copies. A graphic novel from this Pulitzer Prize winning cartoonist and author. A fine copy in cloth boards in very near fine matching cloth slipcase. No dust jacket as issued. Signed and numbered by Feiffer in the book and with a laid in original print by Feiffer that is also signed and numbered. Print is on a sheet that measures 8" by 10" and is in fine condition.

New York: The Museum of Modern Art, 1998. First edition. Softcover. 224 pages. Published in conjunction with an exhibition that ran February 26 through May 26, 1998 at The Museum of Modern Art and then traveled to several other cities for additional dates. Features text contributions by Robert Storr, Kirk Varnedoe, and Deborah Wye and with an interview of Close by Storr as well. Includes numerous illustrations, a chronology, bibliography, and a list of previous exhibitions. A fine copy in French style wrappers and with a laid in 4 page gallery sheet from the Museum of Contemporary Art iteration of the exhibition. Signed by Close on the half title page in the year of publication. Uncommon as such.

One of the best books to come out of the FSA experience, that shows the grim resolve and the conditions in the late 1930's dust bowl. Features text by Paul Schuster Taylor and powerful black and white images by Lange. An about very good copy in blue cloth boards with some light wear to the spine ends and corners and some foxing to the pages but with the rubberstamp ownership stamp of Henry Holmes Smith to the half title page and in a very good second issue dust jacket (Voltaire quote on the rear panel) with some small chips to the spine ends and corners, a small chip to the base of the front panel and some other edge tears and wear. Still, a solid copy of this classic with an excellent provenance. (Roth 102-103, Parr & Badger v1, 142-143).

A powerful collection of 70 duotone images that juxtaposes the lives of the affluent with those of less fortunate means. This edition includes a number of photographs not in the original version.A fine copy with black cloth board in a fine dust jacket and in a fine slipcase that is still in the original shrinkwrap. Includes an original gelatin silver photograph of "Martin's Creek Signed by Fink on the verso in pencil and numbered 16/25. Sheet measures 10.125" x 10.25" and image measures 9.625" x 9.625." The photograph is in very fine condition.
