Slim octavo [20.5 cm] Illustrated paper covered boards with a box of Kleenex mounted to the front cover (the Kleenex pack has been perforated). Very good plus condition. The edges of the covers show minimal wear. When Little Lulu's trip to the magic shop is thwarted, a mysterious little old lady in a black cape teaches her how to do 'magic' with Kleenex. Included are instructions for making a flower, a bunny, and a doll. Little Golden Book Number 203.

Clean and VG (with just a touch of wear at the spine ends) in a bright, price-intact, VG dustjacket, with a bit of light chipping to the spine crown. Arranged by Leah Gale, nicely illustrated thruout by Corinne Malvern.

Laid in is a business card of the publisher with a note referencing this was signed in 1953. Rare and desirable signed by Walt Disney. The twelfth Disney animated feature film, Cinderella was released on February 15th 1950 after two years in production. It became the greatest critical and commercial hit for the studio since Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs of 1937, and helped reverse the studio's fortunes. Text block is tight and unmarked, though a little toned from age. Solid blue spine over heavy paper-covered cardboard. The book it close to fine condition with the only defect the name of the child in an adult hand (with the name of the aunt who gave him the book as a gift). The boards are in excellent condition with sharp corners and a small bit of paper loss on the rear cover at the bottom edge. No foxing in this copy.
