This copy (#5) bears Paul Horgan's affectionate year-of- printing presentation inscription to two close Middletown friends and collaborators. FIRST EDITION in red cloth boards; SIGNED by Garrett. It appears that a dust jacket has been pasted to the front pastedown - slightly trimmed - so there is a dust jacket, but on the front pastedown and the FFEP.
