David John Moore Cornwell (1931 - 2020), better known by his pen name John le Carré was an Irish author who once worked for MI5 and MI6, and is best known for his espionage novels. His third novel, The Spy Who Came in from the Cold (1963), became an international best-seller and remains one of his best-known works.<br /> <br /> The Russia House is a spy novel. The title is the nickname given to the British Secret Intelligence Service that was spying on the Soviet Union. A film based on the novel was released in 1990 starring Sean Connery and Michelle Pfeiffer.<br /> <br /> Overall FINE CONDITION!
