The bottom edge of the back covers lamination is peeling off. The top and bottom edges of the spine are chipped as well as some chips along the spine. Spine is cracked, but binding is secure. Inside is clean and unmarked.

Used - Good. Used book that is in clean, average condition without any missing pages.

There are a couple other very small areas of soiling to the interior, as well as a dampstain affecting the bottom edge of the latter half of the book. Really incredible monograph by Owens, capturing the twentieth-century suburban zeitgeist. Art.
