New York: McGraw Hill Book Company, 1966 A good solid clean book, no marks or inscriptions Mottled green cloth covered boards with very bright gilt title on spine, very little shelfwear bumping. DJ is complete and has two marks on front jacket where stickers have been removed pulling off the top layer of the jacket. Minor chipping and rubbing to the DJ but the Dj is otherwise complete, not price clipped.
