Each volume is signed by J.K. Rowling and were collected in person by the previous owner. The Prisoner of Azkaban is inscribed. In fine condition. No dust jackets were issued for these volumes. Scarce and desirable.

This copy was previously sold by Adrian Harrington in 2013, and includes a letter of provenance accompanying that listing.

J. K. Rowling". It is uncommon to encounter this title inscribed: Rowling did a signing tour for Goblet of Fire and the vast majority of autographed copies were simply signed. Rowling inscribed this copy in the month of publication for the son of one of the producers of Simon Mayo's BBC Radio 1 show, after being interviewed on the show. In her interview, she mused on what she would write after the Potter series was completed and discussed her experiences with the media, as well the choice of actor for the role of Harry Potter in the film adaptation of Philosopher's Stone. It is uncommon to encounter this title inscribed: Rowling did undertake a signing tour for Goblet of Fire, however the vast majority of autographed copies were simply signed. This copy is accompanied by a letter from the original owner noting that it was bought at an event near Swiss Cottage, London, in the summer of 2000. The original owner notes that she was "a trainee journalist at the Ham&High" and that she was "persuaded to buy a copy of the book by the store's manager as Ms Rowling was not giving interviews and it was thought this might give me an opportunity to have a few words with her, which it duly did".
