Good/Fair condition, copy inscribed and signed by Derleth on first page in blue-black ink thus: "Merry Christmas to Bill from Mother [separating line drawn] with the best wishes of August Derleth [another line than a drawing of a smiling face]"; blue boards show minor warp with a little light edgewear, binding tight, inside of covers shows age toning and a few stains, pages are clean and unmarked with no age toning or very light age toning (interior very good minus condition), ding on fore-edge of back board; dust jacket NOT price-clipped, inside of dust jacket shows some staining, dust jacket shows chipping and various small to medium length closed tears and one small not closed tear.
