Rome: N.p., 1962. Archive of four vintage borderless photographs of Anita Ekberg from the 1962 film. With holograph annotations in pencil and the photographer Paul Ronald's stamp on the versos.

A four-episode anthology exploring different aspects of morality and love. Anita Ekberg is featured here in Federico Fellini's "Le Tentazioni del Dottor Antonio," a fantastical story about a doctor who has taken it upon himself to police the streets of Rome for lascivious behavior. He is particularly outraged by a billboard of Anita Ekberg advertising milk, an image that goes on to haunt his imagination.

Shot on location in Rome, and Milan, Italy.
