Also a large assortment of Velvets, Silks, Feathers and Flowers in all the new and desirable shades. A. Rhodes, 140 Westminster Street. " A. Rhodes had Millinery Parlors at 268 Westminster St. Rooms 7 & 8 opposite Shepard & Co. The 6 x 6 inch announcement is addressed to H. T. Bennett, Pawtucket, RI . Condition: The announcement is in fine condition, the envelope was opened at the bottom edge with tears to the bottom flap.
