Leipzig: Karl Baedeker, 1st edition, 1903 with 4gg maps and 19 plans. x, 237pp. original red cloth titled in gilt with original beige dust jacket with a remnant of the original spine label. Jacket is lightly chipped and soiled; previous owners name on fep;covers and spine clean and bright; contents clean and tight. overall very good plus in a very good jacket. This was published in an era when a dust jacket was just that, a protective cover for the book; hence it is plain brown paper. Five editions of this title were published between 1903 and 1923. Prior to than Berlin was included in the voume for Northern Germany. Hinrichsen E60
