"Service Album - U.S. Army" photo album opens May 18, '43 -- the day men signed their names, home towns and their best wishes & luck to 'Mac', presumably ahead of getting shipped from the States to the Pacific region -- "To a guy who'll stick with you when the going gets tough"--" Look me up after the war..."--"Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition..." Snapshots of service men- guys goofing around, having fun/ in uniform with weapons/ men carrying packs approaching a battleship/ tents, barracks, thatched huts, small boats/ photos taken over military base/ cemeteries. Very nice condition, presents well. Suede cover is supple; drawing of American Eagle & Soldier keeping watch. 7" x 11", 13 pgs. Photo-album of WWII G.I.s in the U.S. Army in 1943. Domestic S/H $15..
