Chicago: The Year Book Publishers, 1945. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good/good. 768 pages with index of authors and table of contents, color fold-out frontispiece. Covers infectious diseases, diseases of the chest, blood, kidneys, heart and digestive system and more. Navy blue cloth binding with blindstamped design and borders on front cover and gilt titles and bands on spine. Titles bright, minor edge wear, very light spotting and scuffs, corners bumped, spine ends a little bumped, spine and titles bright, interior pages bright with no noticable markings, page edges a bit speckled, binding tight. Dust jacket with brown titles and questions from the quiz section is darkened and a bit scuffed, some edge wear, minor creases, small hole in center of spine dust jacket, short tear and crease at top of spine on back of jacket, light wrinkles, not clipped.
