One of 52 lettered copies collecting short stories and novellas from some of the best-known writers in the genre, including William Peter Blatty, Stephen King ("The Road Virus Heads North"), Joyce Carol Oates, Neil Gaiman, F. Paul Wilson, Eric Van Lustbader, Tim Powers, Thomas Ligotti, Ramsey Campbell, Gene Wolfe, and many others.

All of the writers **except** Stephen King and Joyce Carol Oates have signed on a series of signature pages inserted between the sections of the book. 702 pages. 7 by 10-1/2 inches. First edition. A near fine copy in a near fine publisher's box (traycase). This is copy letter U of 52. There is a small scuff on the front of the traycase and the page block of the book is beginning to pull away a bit from the spine.
