St. Louis: B. Herder Book Co, 1932. First Edition, First Printing. Hardcover. Fair. 488p. Ex-library. A black cloth hardcover book in acceptable reading condition. Edges wearing through, and spine ends are rough-looking. Faint spotty stains on the cloth. Patchy tanning on half-title page and last page of text. Library markings and card pocket inside. Scattered tiny pencil marks in the margins, but text mostly unmarked. Binding is shaken, but holds well enough for reading purposes. A biography of the Benedictine monk and spiritual writer, who was beatified by Pope John Paul II in 2000.
