The outside is in good condition; there is a library label on the lower spine; there is a small size dark spot hear the front upper hinge. The last few pages in the book have a natural wavy look. With the start of page 106, there is a wave like imprint to the pages that came from another book being packed and pushed inside (discounted!!). Book is clean and book is tight and sturdy.
