[10], 440, [20], 441-599 (recte 596)pp. 43 portraits vignettes of Protestant divines and theologians in the text. Lacks the portrait of Fuller. 4to old calf old marginal paper strengthening to red and black printed title. There is a pencil note in the front which says "An exceptionally fine copy. I had it rebound about 1930." Gilt edges.
