About This Item

London: The Royal Institute of International Affairs, 1935 WYSIWYG pricing--no added shipping charge for standard shipping within USA. Ex-Library. Originally in wraps, rebound by library in card covers with original rear cover bound in and part of original front cover tipped onto front card cover, 55 pp, footnotes, fold-out map plus one map in text. Usual library markings including 'Withdrawn' stamp, card covers rubbed & moderately soiled. This pamphlet went through three editions between July 25 and September 21, 1935, as the situation related to a boundary dispute rapidly developed. The Institute's own printing of this pamphlet is of slightly larger format than and seems to predate the Oxford University Press printing, with a crisper impression of the maps. The fold-out map extends far enough to be completely visible while reading any page of the text. Shipping weight 1 lb.. 3rd Ed, 1st Ptg. Soft Cover. VG/No dj. 23 X 15½ cm.

Terms of Sale

Twin City Antiquarian Books

Books are offered subject to prior sale. You may return any book within 14 days for a refund; if it was not as described, we will also refund return shipping costs (but please e-mail us first). You can place credit card orders through Biblio, or we will ship upon receipt of payment by check or money order. Sales tax is collected by Biblio and remitted directly to your state, where applicable. SHIPPING IN UNITED STATES: Books are priced postpaid, so there are no additional shipping charges for standard shipping. We will ship via Priority Mail for $12.00 per order (Save on multiple-book orders!). This may be reduced if actual postage is less than for a medium flat-rate box. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: In most cases, shipping via Biblio's consolidated shipping program via Asendia is the cheapest option on orders up to 5 lbs. International shipping rates are complex (cost depends upon weight and destination), so please feel free to email us for a quote before you order. If the actual cost of shipping is more than the automatically quoted rate, you must approve the additional charges before the order will be shipped. Shipping charges will be reduced if shipping weight is under 3 lbs. All shipping charges (except via Asendia) include 17% to cover Biblio fees and commissions that apply to these charges. LIBRARIES: We offer flexible terms to public and university libraries.
