Appleton-Century Crofts. Very Good+ with no dust jacket. 1962. First Edition. Journal. ; Rare. Complete 3 volume set. Green cloth covers are lightly toned on spines and along edges with some lightly bumped corners but clean and in very good+ condition. Boards and spines are straight. Bindings are tight. All 3 volumes are signed and inscribed on title page by a physician, but illegible and not the editor of the book. Pages are clean and pristine. Illustrated in b&w. .
