Beautifully bound in full brown leather, with gilded decoration on spine and both covers; all edges gilt. Laid in are an Easton certificate of authenticity and an Easton card with "a note about THE ACCIDENTAL TOURIST." The book is in virtually as-new condition, except for an unused Easton bookplate affixed to the blank verso of the helf-title page.. SIGNED. First Edition Thus. Hardcover. Synopsis
The Accidental Tourist is a 1985 novel by Anne Tyler that was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize and won the National Book Critics Circle Award for Fiction. The novel was adapted into a 1988 award-winning film starring William Hurt, Kathleen Turner and Geena Davis.
