London: The Roxburghe Press, no date [1893]. First edition (hardback). 8vo (24cm by 18cm), xii, 305pp. Original green cloth, gilt titling to the front board and the spine, top edge gilt. This is an ex-library copy, with labels to the endpapers and several stamps, and the spine is rather rubbed. Overall, this copy is in fair to good condition.
