New York: Macmillan, 1930. Royal blue 8vo size clothbound hardcover with gilt titles on spine and bright gilt college seal on front cover with black title block above the seal; 224 toned pages. The Burdett College of Business and Shorthand was founded in 1879 by Charles A. Burdett on Washington Street in Boston. Over the years, it moved to several different locations in Boston and modified its name to Burdett College. The school closed in 1999. Edgewear, bumped head and heel of spine, owner's name and address on fep; tanned endpapers and inside covers. This rare volume with the Burdett seal does have a water stain that borders all of the pages and is also evident on the front cover; some soil to outside pages. . Cloth. Reading Copy/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.

Refund of the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee will be issued upon receipt of the item in as sold condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We certainly hope you are happy with your purchase. We will accept your return if you are not. However, if you make a fraudulent return to avoid our restocking fee by claiming the item is damaged, or you cause damage to the item and then return it, we will not issue a refund. We will report anyone violating this policy and we may also pursue legal action.
