Addresses are by some notable American physicians, including Dr. William H. Welch and Dr. J. Chalmers Da Costa. Dr. Keen served in three wars, starting with the American Civil War. He was also noted as a surgeon, educator, philosopher (having served as President of the American Philosophical Society), and was highly regarded by his peers. 47 pages, including list of participants.
