London: Michael Joseph, 1966. First omnibus edition (hardback). 8vo (22cm by 14cm), 758pp. Original blue cloth, dustwrapper. There is some foxing to the edges of the text block, else the book is in very good condition; the dustwrapper is in good plus condition (some rubbing, light chafing of the extremities). The dustwrapper has now been put in a mylar cover to protect it.
