K. Newman & Co et al, 1820. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1820. No Edition Remarks. 270 pages. No dust jacket. Half bound brown leather with marbled cloth. Volume III. Heavy creasing and tanning to pages with heavier foxing and tanning to pastedowns and endpapers. Slight dog-eared pages throughout and major tanning to text block edges. Rear hinge is cracked with exposed netting. Boards have major edge wear and rubbing and heavier bumping to corners. Distinctive crushing to spine ends and splitting to rear joint. Front board is detached but present. Peeling to spine and corners.
